After-School Program-Waltham Campus

CCCC Waltham After-School offers variety of classes and activities - Happy Chinese, Intriguing Math, Wu Shu/Martial Art, Music Appreciation, Children’s Theater, Calligraphy and Children’s Drawing, Art & Craft, Story Telling, Homework time and Free Play Time. This program is open to student who is 5 years or older from nearby towns. Currently, we only offer school bus transportation for students from town of Belmont and Arlington. Students from other towns are welcome if parents can provide their own transportation.

2016-2017 Spring Semester:
February 1, 2017 to June 21, 2017
2017-2018 Fall Semester:
September 6, 2017 to January 31, 2018
2017-2018 Spring Semester:
February 1, 2018 to June 20, 2018

Program Time: 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday with Wednesday 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
Super Early Release days 11:50am to 6:00pm (student bring or order own lunch).
Extended Program Time: 6:00pm-6:30pm is available for signing up.
Supper Box is also available for those who signed up for extended program.
Holidays and Closing Days:
CCCC Waltham Afterschool Program follows the Public-School-Calendar from town of Belmont and Arlington (posted online), we are not open on those days that Belmont and Arlington schools are both closed, this will apply to the announced snow days.

During the school year, if CCCC Waltham Afterschool has to be closed due to severe weather conditions, the school close information will be posted on the home page of this website, sent by emails, parent WeChat group, and can also be found on your local TV station, channel 5.

* Listed bus fee is for students from Belmont only, the bus fee for students from Arlington are vary, parents discuss with program director for more details.

Parents are encouraged to pay in full for one semester, Family chose to split the payment to two, $5.00 of installation fee will be charged for each of the payment.
Fees and Refund Policies:
Registration Fee: $20.00

Refundable Security Deposit: $50.00

Extended Program Fee (6pm-6:30pm): depend on family’s choices, see detail in chart.

Supper Box: $8.00/box, students who signed up for Extended Program can make order, selecting the dates at the registration, no on demand orders.

Late Fee on Tuition Payment: Tuition is due per payment method that family selected, see below for details on due days. A $25 late fee will be charged if the tuition is paid after the due day.

Bounced Check Fee: $25 will be charged if check getting bounced.

Late Pick Up Fee:

Time: 6:00 pm - 6:10 pm Fee: $10 per each time
Time: 6:10 pm - 6:20 pm Fee: $25 per each time
Time: 6:20 pm - 6:30 pm Fee: $40 per each time
Time: 6:30 pm - 6:50 pm Fee: $80 per each time

The fee is due immediately upon late arrival. Please be aware that unexpected delays create anxiety for both your child and our staff.

Cancellation and Modification Fee:

Increase in enrollment: parents who plan to increase their child's enrollment in the program are advised to contact CCCC Waltham Afterschool director, Changes in enrollment are made on a space available basis.

Reducing days: $50 fee apply if requested before end of the 2nd month of the semester, $75 if requested after the 2nd month of the semester; for each reduced day.

Cancellation: Full refund of paid tuition and deposit will be made if requested before the semester starting; once semester started, cancellation before the end of 1st month of the semester will be refunded for partial paid tuition only; after the 1st month of the semester, no refund will be made.
Program Discounts
Sibling Discount: Family has more than one students, 5% of tuition discount will apply to 2nd or more students.
Food Allergy and Nut Free Policy
Parents should notify the afterschool director if their child has any food allergy, students are to bring their own nut free snack, school will not provide snack.
Absence/illness Policy
Parents should notify the afterschool director for student’s absence/illness.
